Release – releasing March 17th, 2023
“Release” is a neoclassical piano/cello duet in C Major. It is the 2nd released song in a personal project to compose and release a piano/cello duet in every major and minor key. It was preceded by “Embrace” in A minor released in February 2023. The track begins with an A section in C Major with a peaceful uplifting feel and the chord progression is very similar to Prelude in C Major by J.S. Bach. The B section changes to C Minor with a dramatic cello line over top, and then moves back to C Major. Very peaceful and expressive.
