Longing – releasing March 31st, 2023
“Longing” is a piano and cello duet in D Minor. It is the 3rd release in my project to release a piano and cello duet in every major and minor key. It was preceded by Embrace in A Minor and Release in C Major. The piece begins with a very longing piano intro and is then accompanied by a stirring melodic cello line. It perfectly captures the feeling of “Longing” whether that longing is for a person, place or time. It is a very heartfelt composition both romantic and peaceful.
